1. Your KYC Name and Payment sending Name on Bank both have to Match the Names. Other wise we cannot process the your exchange.
2. Due its comes under Third party transfers, In this case contact our customer support Via Ticket / What's app.
3. We will refund the payment with in 48-72 Hrs ,We will Charges up to 5-10% as a Maintenance charges, So Pls avoid to do the Third Party Payments.
